Description
This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a Security Bypass vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The vulnerability is due to insufficient sanitizing of user supplied inputs in the application when handling encoded characters in URI.
A remote attacker may be able exploit this to bypass the XSS filter of Internet Explorer.
