Description

Internet Explorer commonly known as IE is a web browser developed by Microsoft as part of the Windows OS. It used to be the most used web browser by a large margin before its market shares fell. In 2015, Microsoft announced that the new Microsoft Edge browser will replace IE as the default browser on its Windows 10 devices. IE is used in many large enterprises and this is one of the reasons it is the subject of many security concerns and vulnerabilities.
