Fortinet Discovers AutoDesk Subassembly Composer Memory Corruption Vulnerability

Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs has discovered a Memory Corruption vulnerability in Autodesk Subassembly Composer.
Autodesk Subassembly Composer is a critical component of AutoDesk Civil3D product suite. It provides an interface for composing and modifying complex subassemblies, without a need for programming.
A memory corruption vulnerability has been discovered in AutoDesk Subassembly Composer by FortiGuard Labs. The vulnerability is caused by a crafted PKT file which causes an out-of-bounds memory access. It could allow malicious users to create remote code execution scenarios.
