Fortinet Discovers Schneider Electric Smart-UPS SRT 5000 Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability
Summary
Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs had discovered a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Switched Outlet Group Scheduling Configuration of Schneider Electric Smart-UPS SRT 5000 .
Schneider Electric Smart-UPS is an intelligent and efficient network power protection from entry level to scaleable runtime.
The vulnerability is caused by insufficient input sanitization in Smart-UPS SRT 5000 Switched Outlet Group Scheduling Configuration page. Upon successful exploitation, it allows attackers to launch client-side script execution in the browser's process context.
