Description
This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a File Signature Spoofing Vulnerability in Microsoft Windows.
The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of file signatures. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by enticing a user to open a maliciously crafted .cat file. Successful exploitation could lead to remote code execution in the security context of the enticed user.
