Description
This indicates an attack attempt to exploit a Remote Code Execution vulnerability in Microsoft .NET Framework and the Silverlight Framework.
The vulnerability is due to insufficient sanitization of URI parameter in class System.Uri. A remote attacker may be able to execute arbitrary code within the context of the application
