Description

This indicates an attempt to use the HIP protocol.
The Host Identity Protocol (HIP) is a host identification protocol to securely establish and maintain IP-layer states. It separates identifier and locator roles of IP addresses. HIP uses public key security infrastructure from a new host identity namespace to authenticate peers.
