DescriptionThis indicates an attack attempt against an integer-overflow vulnerability inMicrosoft Windows. This issue is caused by an error in the AttemptWrite function in the Graphics Device Interface (GDI) of Microsoft Windows when it handles a malformed metafile. It allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via sending a crafted metafile with a large record length value. |
