DescriptionThis indicates a buffer overflow vulnerability in Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE).FPSE is a set of web site management tools for FrontPage Server. Due to a buffer checking error, an attacker can send a specially-crafted message to a target machine running FPSE. Successful exploitation grants the attacker execution rights on the affected system. |
