Detailed AnalysisThis is a .SIS Symbian OS installer package that contains a variant of SymbOS/Comwar.
The detection is generalized to detect several variants of Comwar, the most common of which is
SymbOS/Comwar.C!worm. |
Recommended Action
FortiGate systems:
- check the main screen using the web interface to ensure the latest AV/NIDS
database has been downloaded and installed -- if required, enable the "Allow
Push Update" option.
FortiClient systems:
- Quarantine/Delete infected files that are detected.
